Guests fill in their details from their phone before arrival. DigiCheck prepares the report, watches the legal deadline and warns you before it expires. A property in another country? Same account, same routine.
One app — for three countries
Reporting of foreign guests to the Czech Police via UBYPORT, guest book and a watch over the three-working-day deadline. We follow the preparation of the eTurista registry.
Parte de viajeros to SES.Hospedajes, Mossos d’Esquadra in Catalonia, Ertzaintza in the Basque Country. All automatic.
The reporting country follows your property’s address, not the website language. An apartment in Prague, one in Alicante, one in Bratislava? One account is enough.
Anyone can send a report. The hard part is not forgetting — and having proof when you need it.
Three working days in Czechia, five in Slovakia, 24 hours in Spain. The app knows public holidays and counts working days only. It warns twice — and submits by itself once the check-in is complete.
Document scanning runs in the guest’s browser. The image is never uploaded or stored — only the data required by law reaches the system. Personal data is anonymised automatically after three years.
Manage properties in different countries in one place. The reporting country follows the property address, not the language of the website.
For every report you know who sent it, when, and what the authority replied. Records are never edited or deleted. Plus handover protocols with signatures from both sides and defect photos.
The form recognises a minor and guides the parent — where no document is required it does not ask, and where it is mandatory it says so. A family with an infant completes the check-in and you get no missing person in the report.
Guest reporting and handover protocols. Take both, or only what you need.
The guest fills in and signs via a link or QR code. No installation, straight in the phone browser.
The app knows each country’s legal deadline, counts working days and holidays, and warns before it expires.
Data is sent to the police in Czechia (UBYPORT) and to SES.Hospedajes in Spain.
Property condition on arrival and departure: keys, meters, cleaning, defects with photos and signatures. Settlement is calculated automatically.
Check-ins build the statutory guest register, with export.
Share a single link for all properties — the guest picks where they are staying.
From sign-up to the first report in an afternoon.
Create an account and add the property. For protocols you pick a profile — city, seaside, mountain — and the template fills itself in.
A link or a QR code. The guest fills in from their phone; the calendar will not let them enter an impossible date.
The app watches the deadline and submits the report. You see the status and keep the proof.
The apartment’s condition at arrival and departure — in black and white. Meter, keys, cleaning, defects with photos and signatures of both parties. No more deposit disputes.
Change the values — the billing recalculates instantly, just like in the protocol.
You pay per property and only for what you use. 20% off from three properties and on annual billing. Change or cancel any time.
Prices exclude VAT. First 14 days free, no card required. We invoice by bank transfer — no automatic charging.
The essentials about check-in and guest reporting.
Spain (SES.Hospedajes under RD 933/2021, including the regional Mossos d'Esquadra and Ertzaintza systems) and the Czech Republic (reporting of foreign guests to the Police via UBYPORT). Further countries are on the roadmap.
In Spain yes, at any age — even a newborn is reported. But no document is required for children under 14 and their details are provided by the accompanying adult (RD 933/2021). In Czechia and Slovakia only foreign nationals are reported, so a Czech child staying in Czechia is not reported at all — while for a foreign child a travel document number is mandatory even at that age. The form explains this to the guest automatically based on the property’s country and never asks for fields the law does not require.
No. Document scanning and OCR run only in the guest's browser; the image of the document is never stored or sent to our servers.
Through a link or QR code, from their phone, with no app to install — everything runs in the browser.
No. DigiCheck works in any modern browser, for both the host and the guest.
Yes. Share a single SuperLink and the guest selects the property where they are staying.
