Spain (SES.Hospedajes under RD 933/2021, including the regional Mossos d'Esquadra and Ertzaintza systems) and the Czech Republic (reporting of foreign guests to the Police via UBYPORT). Further countries are on the roadmap.
In Spain yes, at any age — even a newborn is reported. But no document is required for children under 14 and their details are provided by the accompanying adult (RD 933/2021). In Czechia and Slovakia only foreign nationals are reported, so a Czech child staying in Czechia is not reported at all — while for a foreign child a travel document number is mandatory even at that age. The form explains this to the guest automatically based on the property’s country and never asks for fields the law does not require.

No. Platform terms forbid automated data collection. The pricing guide prepares the searches for you and calculates the market range and a price list proposal from the prices you record in your own research. You enter prices into the channels yourself.
Once a month you get a research plan: for each season a prepared search on Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo with dates, guests and bedrooms taken from your property profile. You record the prices of similar listings; DigiCheck picks the most similar ones, calculates the market range (cheaper quarter, median, pricier quarter) and proposes a price for each season. Every number shows how many listings it is based on; below five there is no recommendation. The proposal applies only once you approve it.
From what the guest pays, the platform takes its commission (Booking.com also a payment fee), and VAT is due on the commission. The calculator works both ways: enter the net amount you want and see what to set in each channel, or the other way round. Example with default rates: from €100 on Booking.com (15 % + 1.3 % + 21 % VAT on the commission) you keep about €80, from €100 on Airbnb (15.5 % + VAT) about €81. Adjust the rates to your own platform contract.
No. Reporting + protocols includes handover protocols in the price. The separate Protocols plan is for hosts who do not need to report guests, for example on long-term lets. The pricing guide is an add-on for both plans and is free during the trial.
