Before the trip

How do I make a reservation?

We recommend to do a reservation through the AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEMU (always marked green).

If you didn’t find in the AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEM the transfer you need, please use the RESERVATION /INQUIRY FORM (marked always yellow). You can order here the transfer and additional services, which reflect your needs.

After finishing the reservation, you always receive the confirmation e-mail of your order.

What if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail?

If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within a few hours after booking the transfer, be sure to check your junk mail folder in case it gets filtered there. In case you still can not find the e-mail, please contact us and we will solve the problem. 

How do I pay for a transfer?

You can do a payment through registration form after making the order via bank transfer, online by Pay Pal, directly to a driver by payment terminal (by VisaElectron, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or in cash in CZK, EUR, GBP or USD. Exchange rate is available in driver’s car.

Then please use our RESERVATION / INQUIRY FORM. We will promptly send you the confirmation of your order or the price offer, if not shown at the standard price list.

I didn’t find in “PRICE LIST” the transfer or service I need.

In case you didn’t find in our price list the transfer or service you need, please use the RESERVATION / INQUIRY FORM (always marked yellow), where you can order the transfer or service, that reflects your needs.

During the trip

If my flight is delayed, how much is the waiting time rate?

In case of delay, our dispatching center monitors the current flight status to inform our drivers, so they get the information in the moment your plane has landed. Thus no fees for delay of your flight are charged.

Where do I meet my driver in the case of an airport transfer?

A driver waits for passenger according to the instructions in the order confirmation e-mail. The driver will be waiting for you with a name board clearly displaying your name at the arrival hall of Václav Havel Airport Prague, at the Terminal 1 or the Terminal 2. 

Where do I meet my driver in the case of the train station transfer?

We offer a transfer from Prague main train station (Hlavní nádraží), Masarykovo nádraží, Smíchovské nádraží or Nádraží Holešovice. The driver will be waiting for you with a name board clearly displaying your name at the exit of the station. 

Where do I meet my driver in the case of bus station transfer?

We offer the transfer from the following bus stations: Florenc, Hlavní nádraží, Černý Most and Zličín. The driver will be waiting for you with a name board clearly displaying your name at the exit of the station.

Do you offer a transfers 24 hours a day?

We offer our transfers nonstop, 24 hours a day, but it is necessary to make the order in advance at least at 8.00 pm, the previous day of your transfer. We do not charge any extra fees. 

Are your vehicles non-smoking?

Yes, all vehicles are non-smoking.
